Oak Harbor May Owe You Money: Back Pay and Seniority Claims Forms

Oak Harbor may owe many members back pay for seniority violations and work shortages due to the company’s unfair labor practices. Please read the instructions below, fill out the forms below and return them as soon as possible. If you do not fill out these forms you may not be able to receive back pay even if we win our cases with the National Labor Relations Board.

1) Drivers and Dockworkers: If you are back at work please fill out the “Work Around Claim” form and email it to oakhteamsters@gmail.com, fax it to 1-206-441-3157, or return it to your business agent or team captain.

2) All Laid Off Employees: If you were laid off from Oak Harbor fill out the National Labor Relations Board’s “Claimant Expense, Search for Work, and Interim Earnings Report” form and email it to oakhteamsters@gmail.com, fax it to 1-206-441-3157, or return it to your business agent or team captain.
